Cancellation Policy

At Nurture and Thrive Parent Coaching, we understand that life's unexpected events may arise. To ensure the smooth scheduling of sessions and respect for everyone's time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Window: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will result in a charge for that session. Cancellation Process: To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible via phone call, text or email. Please include your name and session details in your communication. Charge Details: The charge for late cancellations or no-shows will be your regular hourly rate and will be processed using the payment method on file. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies may occur, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate any exceptional circumstances directly with us. Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed, providing transparency about the charge and any further steps.
